Refund policy
At Slayground, we stand behind our product quality. Because we're a small brand built on intentional drops, all sales are considered final with the exceptions outlined below. Please read carefully before purchasing.
All Sales Final — No Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances:
- Sale or discounted items
- Limited edition or custom drops
- Items marked final sale at time of purchase
- Items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed
Exchanges — Full-Price Items Only
We offer size or style exchanges on full-price items within 14 days of your delivery or pickup date. To be eligible:
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
- Original tags must still be attached
- Request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Exchanges are subject to availability
To request an exchange, email orders@slayground.co with your order number, the item you received, and what you'd like to exchange it for. We'll confirm availability and provide return shipping instructions.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@slayground.co with:
- Your order number
- A photo clearly showing the issue
We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit — your choice.
Store Credit
Store credit is issued as a Slayground gift card with no expiration date. It can be used on any future purchase and is non-transferable.
No Cash Refunds
We do not issue cash or card refunds outside of situations required by law. If you have questions about whether your purchase qualifies for an exception, reach out before you buy — we'd rather help you make the right call upfront.
