How do your oversized t-shirts and sweatshirts fit?

We currently ship within the US. International shipping is coming — stay locked in.

Where are your products made?

Our original designs are made in the USA or in WRAP-certified factories abroad. We carefully source to ensure ethical and sustainable production.

How should I wash my tees/sweatshirts?

For best results, machine wash cold and tumble dry low. Turn inside out for extra bonus points.

This helps preserve the garment’s quality and print.

Do you restock items once they sell out?

Some bestsellers are restocked, but many of our drops are limited edition. If you love something, we recommend grabbing it while you can!

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the US. International shipping is coming — stay locked in.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We move fast. Reach out within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best. After that, your order may already be in production or packed up and we can't guarantee changes.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link straight to your inbox.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes — local pickup is available in Dripping Springs, TX. Just select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll send you a notification when your order is ready. No shipping fees, no wait on the mail.

How do I know when my pickup order is ready?

You’ll get an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup. Pickup location details will be included in that email. Orders not picked up within 5 days may be cancelled — reach out if you need more time.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

All sales are final on discounted, sale, and limited/custom drop items — no exceptions. For full-price items, we offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed pieces with tags attached.

Do you offer refunds?

We don't issue monetary refunds, but we do offer store credit for eligible situations. If something went wrong on our end — wrong item, damage during shipping — we'll make it right with a store credit or replacement. Just reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.

How do I request an exchange or store credit?

Email us at orders@slayground.co with your order number and what's going on. We'll get back to you within 2–3 business days with next steps. Exchanges are subject to availability.

What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?

That's on us and we'll fix it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or store credit — your call.
